The Founder

Ryan Selewicz

Ryan Selewicz is a growth advisor and owner-operator who pairs brand-building instinct with the financial and management discipline of the public markets.

He earned his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and began his career at Adobe. From there, he held senior operating roles at publicly traded companies through periods of explosive growth, and has led or contributed to numerous mergers, acquisitions, and business deals, including serving as an independent director of a NASDAQ-listed company. That experience shapes how he scales, operates, and turns around the businesses Pear Squared advises and owns.

His philosophy is simple: lasting value is built at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and disciplined execution, whether he's advising a founder or running a company himself.
